Hello, this is Sushma a 35+ year old living in Austin Texas. I am on a journey to become the healthiest and happiest version of myself and through this blog I am to share some of the learnings I have.
As a self-professed nutrition and fitness enthusiast I spend a lot of time consuming social media content and also reading research articles on the latest “trends” in the nutrition and fitness world. There is so much advice and sometimes advice that contradicts with each other.
My aim is to take all the information I learn and pack it in a way that is easy for any one to understand and follow. I want to make eating right and moving your body feel accessible and less intimidating especially for people who have an extremely busy lifestyle. I strongly believe that small simple actions are the easiest to follow and compound over time.
