I am Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and I am here to guide you through in a way that will enable you to build healthy habits in a sustainable way and help you see results that you would like.
What to expect?
For all 1:1 programs I will work with you to determine your goals (weight loss, build muscle, eat healthy and balanced meals etc.) and create custom plans that will work for you based on multiple factors like age, activity level, prior knowledge and effort/willingness to change current lifestyle etc.
In order for me to understand where you are currently, please fill in the form below so I can recommend a customized plan for you. The nutrition plan I create for you will include a guide on how to balance your meals and how much food you should intake to meet your goals. While there will be some sample meal ideas, it won’t be a meal plan with what you need to eat exactly. My target is to help you build sustainable habits around your current lifestyle so you can take learnings from the time you work with me and apply it long term.

We will assess how things are going for you after tweak this plan as necessary.
Additional support
In addition to customized nutrition plans you can expect the following,
- 45 minute phone call after I send you the nutrition plan to answer any questions
- Weekly check-in on how things are going (includes weight check, measurements, energy level, mood check etc. depending on goal)
- Bi-weekly/ monthly revision of caloric intake based on weekly progress checks – depends on the duration of coaching
- Email availability with 24 business hour (M-F) turn around on any questions that you may have along the way.
What do I need from you?
- Commitment & consistency: This is the most important. Making healthy changes requires making some tweaks and while I am here to make things easier for you, I need you to commit to our plans and stay consistent with the plans we agree on so you can see the results.
- Communication & weekly commitment: Through the process, please communicate with me about how you feel, any questions you have, about what is working and what is not so we can make changes accordingly. The initial Google form goes into a lot of details. In addition to that, I will ask you to send me additional details like weight, measurements, photos etc. weekly (more on that later) to make sure we are tracking progress.

- Who is it for: Most popular plan, most clients start to see changes. For people who want to build a strong foundation for eating healthy and start to feel the best.
Advanced
Price: $600
- 1:1 Coaching for 12 weeks
- Custom macro guide

- Resources on how to support nutrition with workouts
- Who is it for: For people who need the extra support with understanding what a macro is, how to read nutrition labels and build a strong foundation for eating healthy and start to feel the best.
